W miniony weekend prowadziłam warsztaty i prócz detoksu, który był ich głównym tematem, nieustannie przewijał się temat żeńskiego i męskiego libido. Dziewczyny chciały wiedzieć co mam na ten temat do powiedzenia, więc skoro jest wzmożona potrzeba opiszę w skrócie i na blogu:)

Generalnie wzmożone libido charakteryzuje zarówno kobiety jak i mężczyzn z przewagą doszy wata w konstytucji. Niestety wiąże się z tym również fakt, że wata mają naturalną tendencję do różnorodności i wprowadzania zmian, często kusi je do szukania udziwnień i wynaturzeń. Generalnie rzecz ujmując pitta to pracoholicy i perfekcjoniści o umiarkowanym libido często dyktowanym możliwościami energetycznymi po ciężkiej pracy. Zgodnie z zasadą „rzadziej a intensywniej” wolą skupić się na jednym dniu w tygodniu, który sobie niejako „zaplanują” jako ten wolny od pracy i poświęcą go na tę sferę życia z pełnym zaangażowaniem/

Osoby z dominacją doszy kapha potrafią cieszyć się z seksu pełnym sercem, ale, w przeciwieństwie do osób o konstytucji vaty lub pitty, nie jest to dla nich coś szczególnie ważnego. Prędzej potraktują seks jako entuzjastyczne ćwiczenie lub wyrażą dzięki niemu swoje przywiązanie do partnera. Osoba kapha jest bardzo oddana swojemu partnerowi i mimo, ze nie ma na to ochoty zgadza się na udział w miłosnych igraszkach tylko po to, żeby zadowolić partnera, sprawić mu przyjemność Kapha kocha się najrzadziej, ale za to najpełniej i najdłużej. Lubi klasykę i świetnie odnajduje się w każdej klasycznej pozycji, raczej nie lubi udziwnień i szaleństw. Fizjologicznie rzecz ujmując, z powodu budowy oraz obfitego wydzielania śluzu seks dla kobiety kaphy jest również najbardziej przyjemnym doznaniem w porównaniu z innymi doszami, tyle, że trzeba dużo wysiłku, by kobietę kapha dobrze nastroić:)

Last weekend I was guiding workshops and apart from detox, which was their main topic, there was a constant topic of female and male libido. The girls wanted to know what I have to say about it, so if there is an increased need, I will describe in brief and on this blog 🙂

Generally, an increased libido is characterized by both, women and men, with the majority of vata in the constitution. Unfortunately, this is also connected with the fact that vata has a natural tendency to diversity and change, often tempting them to look for „surprises” and perversions. They still can not come up with different combinations, but they should primarily seek satisfaction and fulfillment in testing new techniques and positions rather than constantly changing partners. A problem arises when they encounter their partner pitta – an eternal workaholic or kapha – with less demand for sex. Then, in the sexual life can appear negative emotions like frustration, dissatisfaction or irritation. Also  emotions that occurs can prompting new searches or using different stimulants for self-fulfillment.

The eyes of people with the pitta constitution can also wander in search of a suitable partner for a very long time, but their main desire is the high intensity of sensations, not variations and changes. These people should be careful not to dominate the weaker partner, or worse, let them dominate their lust and turn into perversion. Generally speaking, pitta are workaholics and perfectionists with moderate libido often dictated by energy options after hard work. According to the „less often and more intense” principle, they prefer to focus on one day of the week, which they „plan” as a free one and devote it to this sphere of life with full commitment.

People with the domination of the kapha, can enjoy sex with a full heart, but, unlike people with a vata or pitta constitution, this is not something particularly important for them. They will sooner treat sex as an enthusiastic exercise or a method to express their attachment to a partner. The kapha person is very devoted to his partner and despite the fact that he does not feel like agreeing to participate in love games do it to give his pleasure. Kapha makes love the least, but for the fullest and longest. He likes classics and finds himself in every classic position, he rather does not like strangeness or madness. Physiologically speaking, due to the phisique and abundant secretion of mucus, sex for a woman kapha is also the most pleasant experience compared to doshas, only that it takes a lot of effort to make the woman kapha well tuned 🙂
